Cobble Cares™ focuses on garden care and landscape stewardship. Lawn care is not included. Spring and fall clean-ups are quoted separately due to the additional seasonal work involved.

Our Cobble CaresTM Process

Assessment & Care Plan
We assess your property and develop a customized care plan. You'll receive a quotation for seasonal bi-weekly visits, along with separate pricing for spring and fall clean-ups.

Scheduled Visits
Our team visits on a regular schedule throughout the season. Each spring begins with a soil test, followed by ongoing monitoring, fertilization, pruning, and garden care as needed.

Ongoing Landscape Stewardship
As your landscape evolves, we monitor its health and recommend adjustments that help preserve the original design while supporting long-term growth.

Simple Monthly Billing
You'll receive one monthly invoice for scheduled services. Spring and fall clean-ups are billed separately.

Every landscape is different, but most professionally designed landscapes benefit from regular care throughout the growing season. Cobble Cares™ provides scheduled bi-weekly visits to monitor plant health, manage gardens, and identify small issues before they become larger problems.
Does Cobble Cares™ include lawn maintenance?
No. Cobble Cares™ focuses on professional landscape care, garden maintenance, and the long-term health of designed landscapes. Lawn mowing, edging, and routine lawn maintenance are not included.
Is Cobble Cares™ only available for landscapes built by Cobble Design?
No. While Cobble Cares™ was created to support the landscapes we design and build, we also provide professional landscape care for existing properties that fit our service area and maintenance program. Every landscape begins with an assessment to determine if the service is the right fit.
