  • Landscape Labour Hand

    Start your career with handson, meaningful work.


    You’ll support a crew with moving material, paver installation, and planting, while learning the fundamentals of landscape construction. Perfect for someone motivated and hardworking, with or without experience



  • Landscape Lead Hand

    Step up as a skilled operator and trusted crew support.


    You’ll take on more technical tasks, operate machinery (skid steers, excavators), haul trailers, assist with layout and grading, and help keep projects running smoothly. Ideal for those with some experience aiming to advance.

  • Landscape Foreperson

    Lead projects. Mentor your crew. Deliver an exceptional client experience.


    You’ll run the job site, coordinate with project managers and clients, oversee layout and grading, operate machinery, maintain quality, and support your team. Designed for experienced builders with leadership and communication skills.


    Even if your background doesn’t match one of these exactly, we’re open to conversations with people who bring relevant skills and the right mindset.

  • Junior Designer

    Design landscapes. Inspire our clients.


    You’ll develop and present landscape plans under the guidance of our Senior Designer and assist the team with project implementation. You will even spend a bit of time on the ground, working alongside a crew to learn how things actually get done. Designed for someone early in their career with formal training in landscape design (or a related field).

Landscape Labour Hand

Start your career with hands-on, meaningful work in landscape construction.


You’ll support a range of projects, including stonework, planting, and site preparation, while learning the fundamentals of landscape construction.

Ideal for someone motivated, reliable, and interested in building a long-term career in the trades. No experience required.

Landscape Lead Hand

Take the next step in your career with added responsibility on-site.

You’ll lead day-to-day tasks, operate machinery, and support project execution from start to finish, helping ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Ideal for those with hands-on experience who are ready to take on more leadership and responsibility.

Landscape Foreperson

Lead projects, support your team, and deliver exceptional results.

You’ll oversee job sites, coordinate with project managers and clients, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to Cobble’s standards.



This role is suited to experienced leaders who take pride in their work and value clear communication and strong team culture.

Junior Designer

Apply your creativity in a hands-on, real-world environment.

You’ll support the design team with plans and project coordination while gaining practical experience on-site to understand how designs come to life.


Ideal for someone early in their career with a background in landscape design or a related field.

A valid driver’s licence is required. A Class A Restricted licence is an asset.


Experience is not required for the Landscape Labour Hand role. It is required for all other positions.

Compensation

We offer competitive hourly wages based on experience and skill, along with annual bonus opportunities tied to performance.

As part of the lowest-paid role on our team, you’ll earn at least 10% above minimum wage, in line with Ontario Living Wage Network standards.
