"Just right"
April 20, 2026
Unlike Goldilocks, everything is "just right" for Cobble Design ...

In the classic fairy tale, Goldilocks and the Three Bears, only certain things are "just right". But when it comes to landscaping projects, we will consider all shapes, sizes and types of things to make your landscape right for you.
Have a bigger, more complex, fully integrated landscape project? We have the skill, experience and capabilities to design, build and care for it. Have a simple project in mind, or even a singular thing you want done? We can do those too. And unlike Goldilocks, we are more than happy to take those on.
For example, we do things as simple as pressure wash a walkway or lift, level and re-lay a small patio area (we've done areas as small as 100 sq ft). We've done lawn repairs, including over seeding areas or laying new sod. We've also planted additional plants, shrubs and trees into already existing gardens or created new, small garden beds. We can do something as simple as install mulch to refresh a garden and help protect and nurture it. Other smaller things we've been tasked to do include supplying decorative rock or install a simpler water feature, including bubbling rocks.
As for landscape projects, we have a saying that we will take on any sized project and budget. We just won't sacrifice quality to do so. Even if your budget is tight, we are happy to work with you to get the most out of it. We've done plenty of budget-friendly projects to install a patio, driveway or walkway. We can also do smaller retaining wall projects, upgrade or install a new fire pit and design and install an outdoor shower.
It is true that some of our projects require a plan, which is priced separately (plans start as low as $750), however many of these small projects do not require a paid for plan. If you're unsure about the size of your project, give us a call. We'd be happy to give you our initial thoughts on the feasibility of your project. One of the keys is the complexity of the project and how many elements it has. If your idea for your space include two or more elements, it will almost always require a paid for plan.
You may think these projects aren't "good enough" for us. They are. There really is no such thing as "too big" or "too small" for us. They are almost always "just right". We love helping people in our community create lasting memories through the thoughtful planning and installation of outdoor living spaces.
No matter the size of your project, or the simplicity or complexity of it, give us a call.
